Desert Booth by JV

Thank you for supporting Desert Booth by JV. We take pride in producing high-quality custom photo magnets and getting them to you safely and on time.

Order Processing Time

All of our magnets are custom-made to order.

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received and artwork is approved (if applicable).
• During peak seasons or holidays, processing time may extend to 5–7 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via USPS and other reliable carriers.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Order weight
• Quantity
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method

Occasional promotional free shipping offers may apply and will be clearly stated.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Insufficient address
• Failed delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Desert Booth by JV is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address entry.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Desert Booth by JV is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Weather-related delays

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the process.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Las Cruces, NM.
If selected, you will receive instructions once your order is ready.

International Shipping

At this time, Desert Booth by JV ships within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.
