Our apparel is made to order. Please review the details below before purchasing.

Production Time

Ready-made and personalized apparel is typically produced within 1–3 business days. Custom and group orders begin only after artwork and order details are approved. Peak periods, specialty garments, or large orders may require additional time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Current Ninja POD rates are $7.95 for the contiguous United States and $13.99 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Promotional free-shipping offers apply only when clearly stated.

Delivery and Tracking

Delivery estimates appear at checkout when available. After shipment, customers receive tracking by email. Carrier timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays.

Address Accuracy

Please verify the complete shipping address before checkout. Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs when a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Email Joey@desertboothbyjv.com within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Include the order number and clear photos. For a package marked delivered but not received, check the delivery location and contact the carrier first; we will help with the available next steps.

Local Pickup and International Shipping

Local pickup is not currently available through online checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
