Return and Refund Policy

Because most Desert Booth by JV Apparel products are printed or personalized to order, please review sizing, colors, artwork, and order details carefully before purchasing.

Ready-Made Apparel

Unworn, unwashed, non-personalized apparel may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, group, memorial, business, organization, and event apparel cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or an approved design. Production begins only after required approvals.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact Joey@desertboothbyjv.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, print, and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Size Exchanges

Made-to-order items are not automatically eligible for size exchanges. Review the Size Guide and contact us before ordering if you need help selecting a size.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once artwork is approved or production starts, cancellation may not be possible.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
