Ordering & Production

Are shirts made to order?
Yes. Ready-made designs usually enter production within 1–3 business days. Custom and group orders begin after artwork, garment details, and pricing are approved.

How do I order a custom shirt?
Choose Design Your Own, select your size, upload high-resolution artwork, and provide the shirt color, wording, garment preference, print locations, and deadline.

Sizing & Garments

What sizes are available?
Current styles generally run from S through 3XL. Availability varies by garment and color. Review the Size Guide before ordering.

What garment will be used?
Garment brand, material, color, fit, sizes, and print placement are confirmed before production for custom and group work. Ready-made product pages identify their available options.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Current Ninja POD rates are $7.95 for the contiguous United States and $13.99 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Can I return a personalized shirt?
Custom, personalized, and group items cannot be returned for change of mind, a selected size, or customer-provided information. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours.

Group & Business Orders

How do I request a group order?
Use the Group & Business Orders page and Apparel Quote Form. Include quantities, sizes, colors, print locations, artwork, delivery location, and required date.
